I am honored to write this testimonial. I started working with Jennie shortly before the holidays and since meeting her, my life has changed drastically.
To give you some background, I spent the majority of my life as a people pleaser, assuming that every single problem was my fault, being physically and emotionally exhausted, and absolutely hating my body and myself. My weight had climbed to an all- time high and I blamed myself for having no control.
